We provide Google Maps SEO, web design and related agreed services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or quotation, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Google Maps visibility guarantee
Where we offer a 90-day Google Maps visibility guarantee, it means that if visibility has not improved for the agreed business, search terms and local area within 90 days, we will continue the agreed management work at no additional management fee until visibility improves. This does not guarantee a #1 ranking, a specific number of calls, leads or sales. Google Maps results also depend on factors outside our control, including competition, relevance and a searcher’s location.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment dates, deposits (if any), taxes and the consequences of late payment are set out in the written proposal or quotation for your engagement. We may pause work if payment is materially overdue under the agreed terms.
4. Cancellation
Google Maps SEO management is billed monthly. Any minimum period, cancellation notice, refunds and treatment of work already started are set out in the written proposal or quotation for your engagement.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content and access needed to perform the services.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials (logos, photos, text) you provide to us.
- Provide fresh photos or material from time to time, and approve content when this is needed for the agreed work.
- Keep ownership of your Google Business Profile and grant us appropriate access for the agreed work.
- Comply with Google’s policies. We are not liable for suspensions caused by information you provide or actions you take.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership, licence and handover arrangements for work created for you are set out in the written proposal or quotation. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, methods and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, hosting providers and domain registrars. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or decisions made by these platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services, including loss of profit or business. Any further limitation of liability should be agreed in the written proposal or quotation for your engagement.
9. Website use
The content on this Website is for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse any part of it without our written permission.
10. Changes

11. Governing law
